My room was quite spacious and comfortable. The bed was magnificent. The bathroom was also very large.
The minibar setup was a bit misleading. I saw small packs of chocolate bites next to the water. I thought they were complimentary, but I was charged for them at checkout (around $40 SGD per day).

The room was fairly large. It felt spacious. I found the cleanliness of the toilet, shower, and basins perfect. The bed proved very comfortable for a good night's sleep.

the breakfast experience thrilled me the toast had a perfect crispiness and the scrambled eggs had a wonderful softness the staff were all helpful sharp friendly and efficient i loved the energy from chef rosli at the salmon section.
the pool areas are disappointing my delivery was refused and disposed i couldn't get my money back it wasn't the experience i expected from this brand i expected so much more.

My room was very clean and the housekeeping service was thorough. The gym was equipped well (I counted three treadmills).
